On the west side of Hillcrest, Milton lacks ramps on both the north and south sidewalks. People with strollers crossing Hillcrest heading west (or heading east) are forced to walk in the middle of Milton, which has cars parked on both sides, subjecting strollers to oncoming traffic from people turning off of Hillcrest onto Milton. The lack of ramps creates real danger because families are forced to walk in the middle of Milton.
