Pursuant to TGC§ 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding 1) abandonment of obsolete sanitary sewer mains in the 6700 - 7000 blocks of Golf Drive and Turtle Creek Blvd.; and 2) pursuant to TGC§ 551.073, to deliberate a negotiated contract for a prospective donation to the City because deliberation in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect on the position of the City Council in negotiations.
