24-058 Consider an ordinance to amend Planned Development District Number 7 SF-A for a six month temporary use of the property located at 4236 Lovers Lane for staging, storage of materials and equipment during the upcoming utility and paving replacement activities in the north alley of the 4300-4500 blocks of Lovers Lane.
