The University Park City Council will conduct an EMERGENCY MEETING on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 8 a.m. via video conference pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.045. In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, in accordance with §418.016 of the Texas Government Code, Governor Abbott suspended the requirement that government officials and members of the public be physically present at a specified meeting location. To help contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the public is requested to view the meeting via live video stream at https://www.uptexas.org/meetings/city-council-meeting-friday-june-5-2020. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the City website following the meeting.

II. PUBLIC COMMENTS

III. ADJOURNMENT

As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into Closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any Agenda items listed herein.
