EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to TGC§ 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding 1) sanitary sewer financing agreements in the 6700-7000 blocks of Golf Drive and Turtle Creek Boulevard, 2) development agreements in the 6600 block of Snider Plaza, 3) right-of-way abandonment at 6700 Turtle Creek Blvd., and 4) code enforcement action on the 3400 block of Asbury. No action will be taken. Council Conference Room, 2nd floor, City Hall.

PRE-MEETING WORK SESSION(S)

4:00 - 5:00 P.M. The City Council will meet in open work session to receive agenda item briefings from staff. No action will be taken. Council Chamber, 2nd floor, City Hall.
