TO SPEAK ON AN AGENDA ITEM

The public may address the Council on an agenda item before or during the meeting by one of the following methods: • Use eComment at https://uptexas.legistar.com/Calendar.asp • E-mail the City Secretary at city-secretary@uptexas.org. E-mailed comments will be accepted until 10 a.m. on August 10, 2021. • Register to speak by completing the form at https://uptexas.org/meetings. Call (toll-free) 1 (877) 309-2073 or 1 (646) 749-3129, Access Code 180-480-901. The caller shall mute the telephone until the Mayor asks for public comment on the agenda item. The Mayor may establish time limits for public comment and may disconnect a call if harassing or other inappropriate comments are made. Persons may only comment once per agenda item.

The caller shall mute the telephone until the Mayor asks for public comment on the agenda item. The Mayor may establish time limits for public comment and may disconnect a call if harassing or other inappropriate comments are made. E-mail comments to the City Secretary at city-secretary@uptexas.org will also be accepted until 10 a.m. on August 10, 2021.

IV. ADJOURNMENT

As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into Closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any Agenda items listed herein.
