Pursuant to TGC§ 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding 1) pending litigation; 2) boundary adjustments (Boone Elementary); and 3) real estate transaction (City-owned property at Lovers Lane and 75 Central Expressway). No action will be taken. Council Conference Room, 2nd Floor, City Hall.
