Pursuant to TGC§ 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding 1) abandonment of obsolete sanitary sewer mains in the 6700 - 7000 blocks of Golf Drive and Turtle Creek Blvd. and 2) accessibility and access requirements associated with street and sidewalk improvements in Snider Plaza; and 3) pursuant to TGC§ 551.072, to deliberate regarding real property - potential purchase of property on Fondren. No action will be taken. Livingston Conference Room, 1st floor, City Hall.
