EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to TGC§ 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding 1) the Snider Plaza improvement project scope of work and 2) the sidewalk at 6600 Snider Plaza; and 3) pursuant to TGC§ 551.072, the City Council will meet in closed session to deliberate regarding real property - potential purchase of property on Fondren. No action will be taken. Livingston Conference Room, 1st Floor, City Hall.

4:00 - 5:00 P.M. The City Council will meet in open work session to receive agenda item briefings from staff. No action will be taken. Council Conference Room, 2nd floor, City Hall.
